Solution Consultant

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and present customized solution demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our -products/services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on solution design, implementation, and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral.
• Work closely with Support teams to ensure seamless handover of client requirements and expectations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise.
