Solution Consultant

About The Role We are looking for a new team member to join our consulting team and become a trusted partner for both customers and the sales team in the area of ON!Track solutions. In this role, you will combine technical consulting, customer advisory, and close collaboration with sales colleagues to deliver solutions that simplify asset management and improve customers’ day-to-day efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Help customers digitalize their processes and improve efficiency through Hilti’s modern software solutions
• Consult customers on their asset management processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions that increase productivity and transparency
• Partner with the sales team during customer visits, solution presentations, ON!Track business development, and the identification of new business opportunities
• Analyze sales results and customer potential to support business growth and solution development
• Deliver professional training and provide expert guidance to both customer employees and Hilti sales teams within the assigned region
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the solution based on customer needs and market feedback
• Build and maintain expertise in the assigned product portfolio and related services

What You’ll Bring

• University degree or secondary education
• English language skills at a communicative level, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (within Hungary)
• Strong MS Office skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in project management is an advantage
