Solution Consultant (Key Account Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage customers as the primary focus by proposing solutions aligned with customer needs and providing regular updates on products and functions
• Develop strong customer understanding through customer mapping (organization, personnel, processes, and purchasing flow)
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, global teams, and MELCO, ensuring timely information sharing and aligned execution
• Leverage MELCO success cases and develop localized solutions tailored to the Thailand market, with opportunities for expansion to ASEAN
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and apply insights to define strategies and countermeasures
• Manage and monitor the sales performance of assigned accounts and drive overall sales contribution
• Expand business within group companies by identifying new investment opportunities in
• Thailand and developing deep business insights
• Build and strengthen key account relationships and ecosystem engagement

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Ability to drive and possess a valid driving license
• Strong experience in strategic / key account management
• Solid understanding of the Thailand market and business environment
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to drive business growth and build strategic partnerships
