What they need
At least 12 years of technology delivery experience, including leadership of large integrated solutions and vendor teams.
Translate programme objectives into an integrated solution delivery roadmap and release plan.
Coordinate architects, analysts, engineers, testers, SMEs and vendors across the delivery lifecycle.
Own delivery dependencies, technical actions, decisions, risks and issue resolution.
Ensure requirements, design, build and testing remain aligned and traceable.
Drive readiness reviews for environments, data, integration, testing, cutover and operational handover.
Provide transparent delivery status and escalate material constraints with recommended options.
Cantonese speaker.
