About the Role

Our client is a leading company in the FMCG / Consumer Goods / Health & Wellness industry, with a growing focus on digital transformation and technology-enabled business operations.

We are looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across ERP and core business applications, ensuring reliable system support, effective enhancements, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BAU support, system enhancements, and application projects across ERP and core business applications.
• Manage ERP and application vendors, ensuring SLA, delivery quality, timelines, and service performance.
• Lead and develop the Solution Delivery team, including workload planning and performance management.
• Act as the escalation point for system incidents, delivery issues, and critical vendor matters.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to prioritize requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure system releases and enhancements are delivered on time, within budget, and with appropriate quality and change controls.
• Provide technology insights and recommendations to senior management to support business and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Solution Delivery, Application Support, Software Engineering, or related areas.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) strongly preferred. SAP or other major ERP platforms will also be considered.
• Proven experience managing IT vendors, outsourced teams, or system integrators.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or a similar industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of ERP architecture and business modules, particularly Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of ITIL practices, including Incident, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience in Vendor and Contract Management.
