Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Solution Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions—websites, eLearning, and platforms—ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and consistently high-quality outcomes. You will be the key driver ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of client communications and project delivery
• Solution planning and scope tailored digital solutions
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, UX/UI, QA, Content)
• Maintain quality assurance and ensure alignment with business goals

Technical Skills Required:

• Lead internal teams: Dev, UX/UI, QA, Content
• Manage client stakeholders and vendors
• End-to-end project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing solution delivery
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage client and vendor relationships
• Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Strong customer service and client relationship management+
• Proposal development and presentation skills
