方案设计工程师 Solution Design Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 本岗位主要服务于新老客户，依托公司 PDS 项目交付体系完成物流与制造领域的解决方案设计，负责中国区域项目落地与全流程交付，持续优化客户运营体系、控制项目成本并提升服务效率。 This position serves new and existing customers, delivers solution design for logistics and manufacturing businesses based on the company’s Program Delivery System (PDS). It takes charge of project implementation and full-cycle delivery across China, optimizes clients’ operation systems, controls project costs and improves service efficiency. 具体的岗位职责描述List of Job Descriptions: 1.协助挖掘客户业务需求：配合资深同事完成新客户场地布局梳理、人力数据整理、基础成本测算与简单风险梳理；协助存量客户梳理现有操作流程，配合完成布局、信息交互优化相关落地工作，助力降本增效、提升服务。 Support digging into clients’ business requirements. Cooperate with senior colleagues to sort out facility layout, manpower data, basic cost calculation and preliminary risk review for potential clients. Assist existing clients in sorting daily operation processes, support layout and information interface optimization to help cut costs, boost efficiency and lift service quality. 2. 配合完成方案设计基础工作：协助划定项目范围、整理业务数据、搭建简易仓储运输基础模型，参与场景测试与基础测算；辅助完成界面、数字化及自动化方案基础建模工作。 Support basic solution design tasks: assist with project scope definition, data sorting, simple warehouse & transportation model setup, participate in scenario testing and basic calculation; help build fundamental models for UI, digitalization and automation. 3. 按照 PDS 项目管理规范协助推进项目执行：配合跟进项目立项、预算、进度、风险及团队协同相关事务，保障项目按时按质交付；同步整理项目进度、现存问题及对应解决办法，按要求归档项目资料，满足内控管理要求。 Assist project execution following PDS methodology: support daily work on project initiation, budget, timeline, risks and team coordination to guarantee on-time, standard delivery. Sort out project progress, issues and countermeasures timely, archive project documents as required to meet internal governance rules. 4. 学习落地精益管理思路与公司规范，参照成熟方案设计标准执行工作；协助评估项目运营模型与落地成本，辅助核对项目投入与收益数据。 Learn and apply lean management concepts and company standards, follow mature solution design practices for daily work. Help evaluate target operation models and implementation costs, assist in checking project investment and benefit data. 5. 主动学习岗位专业知识，持续提升基础业务能力；对接运营、业务拓展、客户及供应商，维护日常协作关系，协助完成方案汇报、商务沟通相关支撑工作。 Keep learning professional knowledge to improve basic job competence. Communicate with operation, business development teams, clients and external suppliers to maintain daily cooperation; support solution presentations and business communication as back-up. 6. 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor. 任职要求 Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above

• 具备3 年及以上解决方案设计、仓储建模、项目管理相关工作经验 More than 3 years working experience in solution design, warehouse modeling and project management 3. 熟悉物流、制造业解决方案设计，具备生产物流、产线旁物流实操经验，熟练使用成本测算工具。 Solid understanding of logistics and manufacturing solution design; experienced in production logistics and line-side logistics; proficient in costing tools. 4. 精通高级 Excel 及各类数据分析工具，掌握数字化技术、编程相关基础知识。 Skilled in advanced Excel and data analysis tools; equipped with basic knowledge of digital technology and programming. 5. 具备优秀的中英文口头、书面表达能力及商务演讲能力，善于建立客户及合作方信任。 Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English; able to build credibility with clients and stakeholders. 6. 工作积极主动，可独立开展工作并融入团队； Self-motivated, capable of working independently and in a team; 7. 拥有良好的执行力、影响力与职业操守； Strong execution, influence and professional ethics. 8. 具备优秀的规划组织能力、细节把控能力、创新思维及问题解决能力； Possess outstanding planning, organization and attention to detail, innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 9. 坚持持续改善，以客户为导向，决策能力良好。 Focus on continuous improvement and customer orientation with sound decision-making skills.
