Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Designer with extensive experience in IBM Filnet Case Manager . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Case Management solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.

Location: Sydney.

Salary: AUD 108571 - 119893 Annual Gross.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Configure, develop, and enhance Case Manager components, workflows, widgets, and custom integrations.
• Develop Java-based integrations with FileNet and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership, estimation, sizing, and solution governance for new initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex FileNet and Case Manager issues.
• Support operational excellence, risk remediation, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Preferred Skills

Watson Analytics, Records Manager, Box, eDiscovery, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Case Manager, and Content Navigator.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale ECM solutions.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Sydney, Australia.
