We are looking for an experienced Solution Developer (Power Platform & SharePoint) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation. This role is ideal for a technology professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint development, system integrations, and solution architecture.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions while ensuring high-quality support and continuous improvement of existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Recommend solutions that align with business objectives, security standards, and technical architecture.
• Evaluate the costs, benefits, and impacts of proposed enhancements and new solutions.
• Lead solution delivery activities including Agile development, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and application lifecycle management best practices.
• Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint solutions with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers, administrators, and support teams.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate application issues as needed.
• Participate in solution enhancement initiatives and continuous platform improvements.

Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain technical and project documentation, including:
• Requirements Definition Documents (RDD)
• Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Security and Compliance Documentation
• Transition, Support, and Maintenance Plans
• Ensure solution documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions and business processes.
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements based on best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and data protection standards.
• Support post-deployment maintenance, monitoring, and issue resolution activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform and SharePoint development, architecture, implementation, migration, and support.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience with requirements analysis, solution architecture, and business process improvement.
• Strong background working within Agile development environments.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid work setup
• Onsite reporting required three (3) times per week
• Additional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
