Solution Director, IT Infrastructure Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Working under our Pre-sales department, responsible for the pre-sales activities, including research, design, planning, proposal & POC stage of our infrastructure solutions team
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored infrastructure solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Huawei's product roadmap
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales and post-sales processes and the effectiveness of Huawei infrastructure solutions
• Promote ISV ecosystem partnerships and build localized solution ecosystem mapping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Network Engineering or other related sectors
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure solutions experience, ideally from a vendor, IT infrastructure solution companies, telecommunications, etc.
• With good experience in one of the/overall Infrastructure solutions, such as Data Center, Storage, Virtualization, Networking & Cybersecurity, Cloud migration & Integration, and AI computing, etc.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Holder of Huawei Certificates is preferred, but not essential
• Fluent in English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
