Solution Enablement Manager

About the role

As a Solution Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving warehouse systems excellence, operational transformation, and continuous improvement across our operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead system implementations, champion best practices, and ensure the successful adoption of warehouse technologies that enable operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead WMS and operational systems implementation projects
• Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse management systems
• Support new customer implementations, testing and go-live activities
• Develop and deliver user training and knowledge sharing
• Coach and support site Super Users across multiple locations
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization
• Analyse operational issues and recommend sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and Project teams
• Ensure governance, compliance and system best practices are maintained
• Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives

About you

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations
• Experience leading system implementations or operational projects
• Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Project management experience is highly desirable
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Comfortable supporting multiple sites and regional projects
