As a Solution Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving warehouse systems excellence, operational transformation, and continuous improvement across our operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead system implementations, champion best practices, and ensure the successful adoption of warehouse technologies that enable operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

This role offers the opportunity to influence large-scale transformation initiatives, support multiple sites, and help shape the future of supply chain operations through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS and operational systems implementation projects.
• Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse management systems.
• Support new customer implementations, testing and go-live activities.
• Develop and deliver user training and knowledge sharing.
• Coach and support site Super Users across multiple locations.
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Analyse operational issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and Project teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance and system best practices are maintained.
• Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience leading system implementations or operational projects.
• Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable supporting multiple sites and regional projects.
