Solution Engineer - AI Solution

Our client is a Bangkok-based enterprise AI technology company focused on helping businesses use their internal data through AI. The platform connects company databases, documents, systems and other data sources so employees can ask questions in natural language and receive AI-generated answers, reports, insights and forecasts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between technology and customers. You will work across the full customer journey, from pre-sales technical discussions and solution design through implementation, integration, and early adoption. This is a highly customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving, solution design, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their requirements, design practical solutions, and ensure successful deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team on technical customer engagements, including product demonstrations, requirements gathering, solution scoping, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into practical solution designs and deployment approaches.
• Work directly with customers during implementation, including configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Develop and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities and address customer requirements.
• Work with customer technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
• Serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback and insights from customer engagements.
• Support customers through onboarding, implementation, and early-stage adoption.
• Address customer questions related to APIs, integrations, architecture, security, and technical requirements.

Key Requirement

• 3-5 years of development or engineering experience for software, cloud, data, AI/ML, or enterprise technology

• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Able to understand and work with APIs, integrations, and system architecture

• Bonus: exposure to LLMs / generative AI, enterprise software sales cycles, or solution consulting

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering,

  Technical Consulting, or a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a

  related technical field.

• Strong communication skills in Thai and English

• Familiarity with enterprise data, security, or governance concerns
