Solution Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to work closely with customers and help solve their business challenges with customer-focused, cost-effective, and innovative TOYOTA mobility solutions. In this role you will engage directly with customers, support the implementation of a wide range of TOYOTA mobility solutions, and grow into a trusted bridge between customers and our technology.

Key responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Problem Solving: Get into the customer's site and field to understand and solve their painpoints with TOYOTA mobility solutions, explaining the solutions and finding the best ways to apply them to the customer's operations.
2. Solution Implementation & Customer Support: Support the implementation of TOYOTA mobility and software solutions and provide ongoing customer support, collaborating closely with customers and developers to guarantee smooth implementation and integration.
3. Requirement Definition: Listen to customer needs and translate them into system requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field, with an interest in IT, digitalization, and AI (GPA > 2.75)
• Basic understanding of IoT, AWS, API, or server development is a plus
• Programming skill is a plus
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of at least 600)
