Solution Engineer

About the Role

We are a leading supplier of intra-logistics and material handling solutions , specializing in Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) , Material Handling Systems (MHS) , Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) , automated warehouses, distribution centers, and aviation cargo terminals.

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Solution Engineer to join our growing international business team. You will be the technical backbone of our overseas projects—covering the Middle East, Europe, North America, Japan, and South Korea —responsible for solution design, client technical communication, proposal preparation, and bid presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the solution planning and technical design of international logistics system projects, including automated warehouses (AS/RS), distribution centers, and production-line logistics .
• Conduct technical exchanges with international clients and suppliers; prepare technical proposals and tender documents, and deliver on-site technical presentations (bid clarifications) during the bidding phase.
• Take overall engineering responsibility for international projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs to ensure technical feasibility and solution integrity.
• Research international market characteristics and business requirements; collect, organize, and analyze intelligence on new technologies and equipment, and propose new product development needs accordingly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field .
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the logistics system / material handling / warehouse automation industry.
• Fluent in English , able to communicate smoothly with international clients and suppliers as a working language.
• Proficiency in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office.
• Solid data analysis skills.
• Strong verbal presentation, logical thinking, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Excellent team spirit, sense of responsibility, and strong career drive and ambition.
• Willingness and ability to take periodic international business trips .
