Solution Engineer

We’re Hiring: Solution Engineer – AI & Automation

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to join our AI practice and design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems.

Lead client discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable AI/automation solutions.

Design and build AI workflows, integrations, knowledge assistants, and document-processing solutions.

Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.

Deploy and operate agent platforms such as Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, Claude Code, or similar.

Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, e-commerce, Microsoft 365, and APIs using Python or TypeScript.

Bring 5+ years of solution engineering/technical consulting/software/data engineering experience, including 2+ years building GenAI/automation solutions in production.

Strong understanding of AI security, privacy, PIPEDA, and Québec Law 25 is required.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, AWS Bedrock, n8n, or Document AI is a plus.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
