Solution Engineer – Panel Builders, System Integrators & OEM

Are you a sales professional who understands technology – and knows how to turn it into business?

NOARK is looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to drive business growth across Panel Builders, System Integrators and OEM customers within Croatia.

This is a commercial role with a strong technical dimension . You will build and develop key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and work closely with customers to position NOARK products and solutions in their projects.

The profile we are looking for is:

A salesperson first – with the technical knowledge to earn the trust of engineers.

You don't need to be the person designing the solution. You need to understand the technology, understand the customer and win the business.

What will you do?

• Develop sales with Panel Builders, System Integrators and OEMs
• Acquire new customers, partners and business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers
• Identify projects early and drive NOARK product specification and adoption
• Understand customer applications and propose the right technical solutions
• Lead quotations, negotiations and the sales process from opportunity to order
• Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and new product opportunities
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations
• Monitor market trends and competitors and turn insights into new opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Technical Support and Product Management teams

What are we looking for?

An experienced B2B technical sales professional with:

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales or business development , ideally in electrical equipment - LV, MV, industrial automation or related fields
• Proven experience working with Croatian Panel Builders, System Integrators and OEMs
• Established network and relationships with Croatian Panel Builders is a strong advantage
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition, account development and project-based sales
• Strong understanding of electrical solutions and customer applications
• Experience with consultative selling, quotations, negotiations and closing
• Ability to build relationships with engineers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to winning new business
• Willingness to travel regularly within Croatia
• Fluent Croatian and very good English
