Solution Engineer - Junior

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to independently and effectively assist business staff in planning solutions based on customer requirements, prepare proposal presentation (PPT), and conduct technical discussions with clients.
2. Proficient in using CAD and other related software.
3. Capable of analyzing customer-provided data and planning layouts reasonably based on the analysis results.
4. Possesses strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good internal and external coordination skills.
5. At least 2 years of experience in automated warehouse (AS/RS) planning; familiar with racking structures and outbound processes, with the ability to select appropriate solutions.
6. Draft technical agreements and support the sales team in preparing technical tender documents.
7. Willing to follow reasonable work arrangements, including overtime and business travel.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience managing automatic storage and logistics projects. Familiarity with four-way vehicle systems is preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in using AutoCAD for drafting.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, outgoing personality, and able to work under pressure.
5. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
6. Willingness to travel internationally and undergo training in China for 3–6 months as required.
7. Team player with a willingness to learn.
