Solution Engineer (Mechanical) - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver in-depth product (UPS/Liquid cooling,..) presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing our solutions' capabilities in Data Center
• In close collaboration with the commercial team, global & zone segment team, country offer marketing team, and zone solution architectures, and equipment factories:
• To Engage high level Technical & Architectural discussions with Customers to capture expressed and unexpressed requirements in early project stage.
• Convert customer requirements to appropriate solutions to magnify Schneider Electric equipment/product (UPS/Liquid cooling,..) strengths.
• Create detailed technical proposal documents while optimizing equipment selection and engineering estimations
• Responsible to ensure that the solutions offered for a given opportunity ensures the successful project implementation, compliance to standards and achieves highest customer satisfaction.
• Be the trainer to step up Secure Power Application Center knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years HVAC solution design experience for critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in a data center environment (e.g., CRAC, CRAH, BMS, CPMS, Chillers, Liquid cooling).
• Strong technical grounding in mechanical engineering. Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, ATD, Uptime, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Experience with construction and commissioning of mission critical facilities
• Ability to communicate in Thai and English
