Solution Engineering within Syncore

You will develop modernisation concepts for existing automated logistics systems, from customer requirements to commercial proposals. You’ll report to the Head of Sales Retrofit Solutions, with opportunities to progress towards Account Management.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Analyse existing installations, including electrical engineering, automation, drive technology, controls, software and interfaces.
• Assess how control systems and software architectures interact.
• Conduct site surveys and clarify customer requirements.
• Coordinate colleagues’ input across Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.
• Develop proposals with Sales, evaluate pricing and profitability, and present concepts to customers.
• Prepare the developed concepts for customer meetings and present them together with Sales.

Your profile

We welcome graduates and experienced applicants; responsibilities will reflect your experience.

• A degree  in industrial engineering, business administration/economics, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical computer science or a comparable field;
• Analytical thinking, clear communication, commercial curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong interest in commercial contexts, pricing and sales-related questions as much as in developing the right solution;
• Initiative and motivation to take responsibility.
• Good German and English skills.
