Solution Engineer – Talent Track

(2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent)

• Work as part of a cross-functional team with business units, operating teams, and technology functions across the Group
• Study actual operating processes across business units and countries, applying design thinking to understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead and support AI initiatives, from framing the business problem through to a solution adopted in real operations
• Collect, structure, and manage data from existing operational and business systems to make it analysis-ready
• Apply AI and Machine Learning for process and value chain optimization, including predicting outcomes, identifying optimal operating conditions, and redesigning workflows
• Design and deliver enterprise solutions that connect operations, production, supply chain, and financial decisions into a single, enterprise-wide decision layer
• Deploy solutions into real-world use together with operating teams, and measure the results in financial terms
• Scale proven solutions across plants, business units, and countries to establish a world-class operating standard

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any Engineering discipline, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Technology, Data and Statistics, Financial Engineering, or other related fields
• Demonstrated strength in at least one area: programming and data analysis, AI / Machine Learning (including GenAI and computer vision), manufacturing processes, enterprise systems and ERP, financial modelling, or software development
• Strong methodology mindset, familiar with structured approaches such as design thinking, agile delivery, or process improvement frameworks
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business and operational problems into technical solutions
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally with operating teams, business functions, and management
• Willingness to work in the field and to travel to plant locations, domestically and internationally, as required.
