Solution Engineering Manager (Pre-Sales) – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineering Manager to partner with enterprise clients in driving digital transformation across logistics and supply chain operations. This customer-facing role combines solution consulting, pre-sales, and industry expertise to develop innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across the logistics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and develop tailored digital solutions for logistics and supply chain operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to proposal presentation and adoption.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging digital trade, supply chain platforms, eBL (Electronic Bill of Lading), blockchain, and ecosystem integrations.
• Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions with shipping lines, freight forwarders, cargo owners, banks, and insurance partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and align with business objectives.
• Support strategic pursuits, RFPs, proof-of-concepts, and complex pre-sales engagements across the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and help drive customer adoption of innovative logistics technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Logistics Technology, or Supply Chain Digitalisation.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, shipping processes, trade documentation, and supply chain ecosystems.
• Experience designing and delivering technology solutions for logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain organizations.
• Knowledge of blockchain, Electronic Bill of Lading (eBL), trade digitisation, or ecosystem platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support customer engagements.
