What You Will Do

• Engage with customers through sales teams to identify managed service and cloud opportunities
• Provide technical support to sales teams
• Analyze customer needs accurately and develop suitable solutions
• Review and respond to customer RFI/RFP documents
• Follow new technologies and contribute to the development of new services in line with emerging needs
• Conduct research on competitive new products and solutions in line with the company's vision
• Manage the proposal process in line with the developed solutions

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in presales
• Experienced in cloud, virtualization, backup, and business continuity solutions
• Knowledgeable about Veeam, Zerto, VMware, and DevOps solutions
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Experienced in actively participating in customer meetings with sales teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Eager to follow new technologies and open to self-development
• A team player with strong collaboration and coordination skills
• Proficient in English
• Active driver's license and ability to drive
