Aston Carter is building a new Business & Enterprise Modernization Services practice and is seeking a Solution Executive to help drive its growth. Reporting to the Practice Leader, this individual will work directly with client executives to identify transformation opportunities, shape consulting solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes across people, process, technology, data, and AI.

This role is ideal for a consulting leader who enjoys business development, executive advisory, solution strategy, and helping clients navigate complex transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

· Build trusted relationships with C-suite and functional leaders to understand business priorities and transformation needs.

· Identify and qualify enterprise transformation opportunities aligned with client priorities and the practice’s capabilities.

· Partner with Business Development teams to develop pursuit strategies, engage key stakeholders, and advance qualified opportunities.

· Lead the solution process from discovery through contracting, including solution design, scope and deliverables, estimates, governance, timelines, acceptance criteria, assumptions, dependencies, expected outcomes, proposal development, and client presentations.

· Collaborate with Practice and Delivery leaders to transition contracted engagements, align expectations, and support successful launches.

· Support the development of repeatable offerings, methodologies, case studies, and intellectual property based on market and client needs.

· Expand strategic client relationships by identifying follow-on opportunities and shaping long-term transformation roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

· 10+ years of consulting, advisory, transformation, or professional services experience.

· Proven experience selling, shaping, or delivering enterprise transformation solutions.

· Expertise in one or more of the following:

o Business Transformation

o Enterprise Modernization

o Organizational Effectiveness

o Process Excellence

o Technology or Digital Transformation

o AI Strategy and Adoption

o Change Management

o Data & Analytics

· Executive presence with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and solution-development skills.

· Strong business and financial judgment, including experience with pricing, deal structure, contractual considerations, and engagement risk.

· A growth mindset and passion for building new capabilities and client relationships.
