Solution Executive (Pre-Sales)

About the role

As a Solution Executive (Pre-Sales), you will support the Sales team in winning projects by translating customer requirements into practical, end-to-end solutions for Interactive Panel, IoT, and AV systems. You will prepare the required technical documents and provide support for demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for Interactive Panel, IoT, and AV systems
• Prepare system diagrams / technical architecture and consolidate key configurations
• Provide an accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) and make specification recommendations
• Prepare and conduct solution demos (e.g., Smart Meeting Room / Smart Car Park)
• Support PoC execution to confirm feasibility, performance, and technical requirements
• Gather customer feedback and propose refinements to the solution approach
• Conduct site surveys to confirm layout, cabling route, network/power environment, and constraints
• Assess technical feasibility and highlight risks, assumptions, and required clarifications
• Draft technical responses for RFP / Tender submissions based on requirements
• Perform a smooth technical handover to the Delivery/Project team after deal closure

About you

• Degree holder or above with minimum 2 years sales experience in AV / IoT Solutions
• Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Can work independently
• Overseas travel is required
