Responsibilities

Solution Delivery

• Act as the core pre-sales partner of the department’s LTC process, analyzing medium- and large-scale customer business and technical requirements to develop integrated wireless solutions across all four BUs.
• Provide end-to-end technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, technical proposals, tender responses, customer presentations, demonstrations, POCs, and technical negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-BU resources to resolve product compatibility and integration issues, ensuring consistent and standardized solution delivery.

Solution Governance & Competitive Support

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify competitive advantages, and support the development of competitive strategies to improve project win rates.
• Develop and maintain cross-BU solutions, industry templates, benchmark case studies, and sales enablement materials; deliver technical training to Sales and regional solution teams.
• Gather customer feedback and product enhancement requirements across business lines, and work with BU product teams to support product improvements and overseas commercialization.

Customer & Project Operations

• Conduct customer technical workshops and build strong technical relationships with enterprise and operator customers across regions.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and cross-regional collaboration, and provide technical guidance to regional solution specialists.
• Monitor wireless technology and market trends to support solution planning and department business objectives.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with BU product managers to align solutions with corporate technical standards and solution frameworks.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and reduce implementation risks for large integrated projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or other science & engineering disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 7 years working experience in wireless communication pre-sales/solution engineering field; at least 3 years proven experience delivering cross-product/cross-BU integrated solutions for medium & large overseas projects in regional markets.
• In-depth technical expertise in 4G/5G, indoor & outdoor wireless coverage, private networks and wireless infrastructure; track record of tendering, POC deployment and complex customer technical negotiation for international operator & enterprise projects.
• Solid experience in cross-BU resource coordination, standardized solution system building and competitor analysis; familiar with LTC process and collaboration mechanism.
• Excellent business English presentation, cross-regional & cross-functional stakeholder management, high-level customer communication skills. Chinese language communication capability is a plus.
• Willing to take frequent international business travel across region.
