Solution Implementation Engineer

About the role

Solution Implementation Engineer responsible for installing and deploying Cloud & Cybersecurity solutions from configuration, integration, and testing through to go-live. The role involves analyzing and resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors and international teams for escalation, integrating identity and access management systems, and supporting endpoint, network, and cloud security solutions. Technical documentation must be prepared comprehensively, and work is conducted in collaboration with presales, project management, technical teams, and customers to ensure timely delivery. Onsite work and travel to customer locations as appropriate is required.

Key responsibilities

• Install and deploy Cloud & Cybersecurity solutions including configuration, integration, testing, and go-live
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and coordinate with vendors and international teams for escalation
• Integrate identity and access management systems such as AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, and ACL
• Support installation and management of endpoint, network, and cloud security solutions
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation related to installation, configuration, and implementation
• Collaborate with presales, project managers, technical teams, and customers to ensure on-schedule delivery
• Perform onsite work and travel to customer locations as appropriate

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, system integration, or enterprise IT
• Knowledge of computer networks, enterprise security, and system integration
• Knowledge or experience with ITSM / IT Service Management, particularly Freshservice / Freshworks
• Knowledge or experience with MDM / UEM such as Workspace ONE
• Experience or knowledge of security products such as Netskope, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike is highly valued
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical analysis skills
• Ability to use English in work, particularly for opening tickets, coordinating, and escalating issues with vendors or international teams
• Communication and coordination skills with ability to work well with internal teams and customers
• Ability to perform onsite work and travel to customer sites as appropriate
