Solution Implementation Engineer

About the role

Solution Implementation Engineer responsible for system design, installation, and deployment of Digital Workspace, Enterprise ITSM, and Cloud Infrastructure solutions from configuration and system integration through testing to Go-Live support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, and manage MDM / UEM systems (such as Workspace ONE) and ITSM / IT Service Management solutions (particularly Freshservice / Freshworks) aligned with customer business processes
• Integrate Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems including Active Directory (AD), LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, and Access Control List (ACL) with Digital Workspace and IT Service Workflows
• Support installation, configuration, and management of Cloud & Enterprise Security solutions (such as Endpoint, Network, Cloud Security) to support Hybrid / Cloud-first environments
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate ticket opening and escalation with vendors or overseas teams
• Prepare technical documentation including High-Level/Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), Deployment Guide, Configuration Manual, and User Handover Documents
• Collaborate with Presales, Project Manager, Technical Team, and Customer to ensure project delivery meets objectives and timelines
• Perform onsite work and travel to customer sites to provide installation and system support as appropriate

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Workspace, System Integration, Network Engineering, or Enterprise IT Infrastructure
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM / IT Service Management, particularly using and configuring Freshservice / Freshworks
• Knowledge and experience with MDM / UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) such as Workspace ONE or enterprise device management systems
• Strong foundational understanding of Computer Network, Enterprise Architecture, and Cloud Infrastructure with ability to learn and adapt to Cloud & Security work across multiple products
• Experience or knowledge of Enterprise Security Products (such as Netskope, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or Endpoint/Cloud Security) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate, summarize issues, and use English effectively for work, particularly for ticket opening, coordination, and escalation with vendor or overseas support teams
• Communication and coordination skills with ability to work professionally with internal teams and customers
• Ability to perform onsite work and travel to customer sites as appropriate
