Solution Lead – Generative AI Engineering (SM/AD/D level)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Builder & GEO Solution Lead to build production-ready AI solutions and drive search visibility across global and domestic LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek).

This role requires strong technical capabilities in Vibe Coding, API integration, and script development (Python/JavaScript) to quickly construct agents, automated workflows, and enterprise knowledge architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Agent Engineering: Rapidly build and deploy custom agents, automated skills, and operational workflows using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot).
• API & System Integration: Connect LLMs, REST APIs, and data sources to engineer automated tools for content scoring, query analysis, and knowledge pipelines.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Define AI visibility strategies and design technical web structures (Schema, JSON-LD) so our luxury brand is cited and recommended by AI platforms.
• Knowledge Architecture: Design vector search databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt libraries to power accurate enterprise AI responses.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant disciplines.
• 6+ years experience in AI Solution Engineering.
• Strong understanding on AI adoption and solution delivery for transforming Marketing Technology, Recommendation Engines, Content Management etc.
• Technical Stack: Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript , RESTful APIs, and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• LLM & Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of LLM mechanisms, RAG architecture, vector databases, and embeddings.
• GEO & Data Structuring: Experience with semantic web modeling, Schema design, and optimizing content for LLM retrieval systems.
• Nice to Have: Background in hospitality/media/ retail or experience with workflow tools like n8n, Flowise, or LangChain.
• Excellent command in English and Chinese. Open for relocation and visa sponsorship at Macau.
