What they need
What you will do:
Implement solutions to enhance the customer (internal and external) journey
Automate - Build system controls, regulatory reports, STPs
Identify gaps and provide fixes - Prepare BRD, UAT, drafting process notes, production
movements, monitoring systems post implementation
Handle regulatory and compliance reporting
Reconciliation of data and transactions received through various channels
You will own -
Systems Core forex engine, online forex portal, Forex partner portal
Products Wire transfers and FX cards
What are we looking for
Retail Forex (Primarily outwards), subject matter expert. Knowledge of various regulations/guidelines - LRS, NR repatriation, FEMA, GST, TCS, etc.
Graduate in any technical discipline
Experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Forex domain would be preferred
