Solution Manager - High Performance Computing(HPC) & AI Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect AI computing infrastructure and HPC solutions that meet the evolving needs of Huawei's clients
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimise performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and HPC technologies, and incorporate them into your solution designs
• Provide technical guidance and support to implementation teams, ensuring the successful deployment of your solutions
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property, patents, and technical publications related to your areas of expertise
• Mentor and train junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive their professional growth

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Telecommunication, Information Systems Management, Electrical Engineering or other related sectors
• Minimum of 5 years in designing and architecting in infrastructure; With good exposure in High-performance computing(HPC) or AI Computing Center design/consultation/deployment, etc.
• Deep technical expertise in areas such as high-performance computing, distributed systems, cloud computing, and AI/ML frameworks
• Familiar with computing power-related technologies (e.g., CPU/GPU/AI accelerators, high-performance computing, distributed computing)
• Fluent in English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong problem-solving and project management abilities
• Knowledge of the architecture and programming of Ascend AI processors and Kunpeng servers (e.g., Ascend, ARM) is a plus.
