Your Task

This role focuses on monitoring and measuring service performance to ensure reliable and secure delivery of application and infrastructure services to business end users, while providing second-line operational IT support for Solution Manager Focused RUN CALM applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and measure service performance against KPIs to ensure reliable and secure delivery of application and infrastructure services to business end users
• Resolve escalated, urgent, and complex issues to ensure business continuity and provide second-line operational IT support for Solution Manager Focused RUN CALM applications
• Analyze complex business processes, conduct workshops to gather and evaluate business needs, and translate requirements into functional specifications for monitoring purposes
• Develop and implement end-to-end monitoring solutions and arrange communication with technical teams to support business process design and optimization
• Prioritize and manage multiple operational delivery priorities, including supportability and transition projects, while coordinating with Application Support colleagues, Project Delivery teams, and infrastructure suppliers
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in technical and operational process aspects, providing guidance, training, and administration of Solution Manager Focused RUN CALM tools and functionalities

Your Profile

We are looking for a Solution Manager Focused RUN CALM Specialist with strong technical expertise in SAP Solution Manager, monitoring solutions, and operational IT support, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Must Have Skills

• Experience monitoring and measuring service performance against KPIs
• Experience ensuring reliable and secure delivery of application and infrastructure services
• Ability to resolve escalated, urgent, and complex issues to ensure business continuity
• Experience providing second-line operational IT support for Solution Manager Focused RUN CALM applications
• Ability to analyze complex business processes
• Experience conducting workshops to gather and evaluate business needs
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications for monitoring purposes
• Experience developing and implementing end-to-end monitoring solutions
• Experience arranging communication with technical teams to support business process design and optimization
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational delivery priorities
• Experience with supportability and transition projects
• Experience coordinating with Application Support colleagues, Project Delivery teams, and infrastructure suppliers
• Subject Matter Expert in technical and operational process aspects
• Ability to provide guidance and training
• Experience with administration of Solution Manager Focused RUN CALM tools and functionalities
