Responsibilities Make an impact We're looking for a Solution Manager Order Fulfillment to join our global Solution Management team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in turning customer requirements into scalable, end-to-end intralogistics solutions that are ready to be sold, implemented, operated, and supported around the world. If you enjoy connecting customer needs, commercial experience, and operational excellence into one seamless solution, we'd love to hear from you. As a Solution Manager, you will act as the bridge between commercial opportunities and technical execution, translating customer requirements into clear solution blueprints, workflows, system architectures, and technical concepts. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Solution Design, Realization, and regional teams, you'll ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and ready for successful deployment across multiple markets. In this role, you will:

• Translate customer requirements and commercial

concepts into comprehensive and successful solution blueprints

• Define workflows, product selections, software integrations, and user experience concepts
• Create clear requirements, specifications, that support development and implementation activities
• Ensure solutions are operationally robust, service-ready, maintainable, and scalable
• Develop and continuously improve service concepts, operational processes, and solution documentation
• Support and enable regional Sales, Solution Design, and Realization teams through training, guidance, and expertise
• Manage and enhance templates, tools, and knowledge-sharing assets that support global deployment and consistency

Contribute to the evolution of Swisslog's order fulfillment solutions through continuous improvement and lessons learned from implementations

Application Requirements What you need to succeed We're looking for someone who combines commercial expertise with Customer centric awareness and enjoys collaborating across teams and cultures.

• At least 5 years of experience within the intralogistics industry
• Experience working with warehouse automation, fulfillment solutions, material handling systems, or related technologies
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, system architectures, and end-to-end warehouse operations
• Experience translating business requirements into technical concepts and practical solutions
• Fluent English communication skills
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong business judgment
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
