Solution Manager/Consultant - Indoor Wireless Network

Responsibilities:

1. Under the Pre-sales team, develop customized wireless network/core mobile solutions (TSPs, BoQs) for telecom and enterprise clients, addressing needs like 5G coverage, IoT, and smart cities.
2. Design end-to-end network architectures using Huawei wireless products (5G, CloudRAN, indoor solutions), ensuring technical advancement and commercial viability.
3. Lead customer technical engagements, showcasing Huawei's wireless advantages and building trust.
4. Collaborate with sales on PoCs, testing, and acceptance to drive project implementation.
5. Ensure solution feasibility through collaboration with product, delivery, and operations teams.
6. Contribute to successful bids through technical proposal writing, risk assessment, and post-bid analysis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 3+ years' experience in Wireless Networking/Mobile Core Networking (4G/5G, 3GPP, major vendor solutions); With Experience in pre-sales/IT Consultancy/Technical Sales sector
3. Experience in wireless network planning and optimization; familiarity with Huawei products preferred
4. With knowledge/exposure in Indoor Distribution System (IDS)/Distributed Antenna System (DAS)/IoT connectivity/Mobile Network Improvement is a big plus
5. Proficiency in Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
6. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
7. Welcome junior network engineer (1-2 yrs of exp) to start as a junior Solution Consultant
