Solution Presale Engineer (Cyber Security)

About the role

Solution Presale Engineer (Cyber Security) role involving collaboration with sales teams to analyze customer business requirements and technical challenges, design and propose solutions aligned with customer needs and product capabilities, and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer business requirements and technical challenges
• Design and propose solutions that align with customer needs and the capabilities of our products
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to build customer confidence
• Act as a technical expert, providing clear and professional answers to customer inquiries regarding our products and solutions
• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including preparing proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, particularly technical decision-makers
• Research and stay updated on competitive products and effectively communicate the differentiators of our solutions
• Lead the preparation and response to customer documents such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles
• Understanding of at least one of the following technologies: Zero Trust Security, Endpoint Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), or Cloud Security
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
