Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, gain deep insights into their strategies and business pain points, and guide customer needs into business opportunities.

Lead the full lifecycle management of sales projects, including project planning, transaction negotiations, contract signing, and delivery coordination, to ensure that the project achieves its business objectives on time, with quality, and within budget.

Collaborate with internal expert teams (e.g., solution experts, delivery experts, etc.) to integrate company resources and provide customers with the most optimized products and solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

Collect and analyze market information within the region, develop and implement market expansion plans, explore new customers and business areas, and achieve market share and revenue growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with a background in computer science, communications, electronic information, or related fields. At least 5 years of sales or customer management experience in the relevant industry.

Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation skills, and interpersonal abilities, capable of independently handling high-level customer interactions.

Strong market insight and business acumen, capable of independently analyzing market trends and developing effective business strategies.

Strong project management skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of coordinating resources across departments to solve complex problems.
