Solution Specialist (Collections) – Remote

Join Savvy Loans, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Solution Specialist (Collections). This is a fully remote role focused on outbound customer collections, payment solutions, and account support.

You’ll work directly with customers by phone, email, and chat to resolve overdue accounts, secure payment commitments, and provide professional and empathetic support.

Schedule: Must be available to work US Central Time(CT) business hours to align with our US operations.

What you'll do:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to customers with overdue or outstanding balances.
• Communicate professionally with customers to discuss balances, payment options, and collection requirements.
• Negotiate and secure payment commitments or arrangements in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up on promised payments and delinquent accounts to maximize collection recovery.
• Address customer questions, disputes, and concerns, escalating complex or unresolved issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates.
• Meet daily and monthly collection, productivity, and quality targets.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of direct customer collection experience preferred. Working with U.S. customers is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work effectively with collection targets and performance metrics.
• Customer-focused, professional, empathetic, and able to handle challenging customer interactions.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently from home and manage time effectively and stay productive in a remote environment.
• Must have a reliable equipment (PC or laptop), a professional headset, a minimum 50 Mbps internet connection and mobile data backup.
