SOLUTION SPECIALIST

About the role

Solution Specialist role focused on developing holistic Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solutions. The position involves analyzing client requirements and RFPs to create comprehensive service delivery models covering hard services (engineering, maintenance), soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping), and digital enablers (innovative building systems, IoT).

Key responsibilities

• Analyze RFP and client requirements to develop holistic IFM solutions covering hard services (engineering, maintenance), soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.), and digital enablers (innovative building systems, IoT)
• Develop service delivery models, manpower planning, transition approaches, and cost structures that balance performance, efficiency, and profitability
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME's) to validate the technical, operational, and financial feasibility of the solution
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process innovation, automation, or shared services, as well as a productivity approach
• Work closely with business development, operations, and transition teams to ensure solution readiness and smooth handover post-award
• Uphold standard solution templates, cost databases, and productivity benchmarks to foster continuous improvement
• Ensure that the solution or operational concept fully complies with legal, EHS, and risk compliance
• Implement health, safety and environment practices in daily work and work area within the organization

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management, operations design, or business solution development
• Strong data analysis skills and commitment to innovation through local and global benchmarking
• Experience in costing, manpower modelling, and operational transition planning
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration involving technical, commercial, and operational teams
• Ability to proactively engage with regional countries or groups regarding technology implementation and new ways of working or global benchmark
