Job Description

Responsible for driving Microsoft Cloud revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities through technical solution selling and customer engagement. Acts as the primary technical advisor for SMB customers, collaborating with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers to position Microsoft Cloud solutions that align with customer business objectives and IT strategies.
Key responsibilities include delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, conducting solution assessments, validating implementation requirements and pricing, developing proposals, and providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. The role requires maintaining deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies, staying current with market trends and competitive offerings, and translating technical capabilities into business value.
Additionally, the role supports customer success by providing technical enablement, conducting trainings, serving as a subject matter expert across the organization, and contributing to the achievement of revenue, pipeline, and operational targets through effective execution of Microsoft’s cloud sales strategy.

Are native or proficient in German plus fluent in English 

• Have a Bachelor’s degree  
• Have 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience 
• Have Minimum Fundamentals certification is required upon entering to the role, L200 certification is preferred 
• Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required 
• Have demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred 
• Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning 
• Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology 
• Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals 
• Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer facing role

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience working within a technical sales or presales environment preferred 
• Experience in one of these relevant fields: computer science, mathematics or engineering 
• Master’s degree. Major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering

• Salary range from 35.000€ base + 6.000€ bonus + medical insurance

• Shifts: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00
