Solution Specialist (Onsite)

The Solution Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for the technical development, provisioning, and seamless integration of technology solutions, particularly focusing on complex systems like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This role demands close collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to ensure solutions meet technical, business, and operational requirements effectively. The Solution Specialist collaborates with clients and cross-functional teams to understand and meet their technology needs, playing a critical role in driving the success of our technology solutions. This position is instrumental in the development, customization, and deployment of solutions, assisting in the acceleration of the sales cycle, and fostering strong client relationships through technical expertise and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in technology solution development, ERP systems, or technical consulting, preferably within the IT Solutions and Services industry.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using Python and C#, along with experience in CI/CD platforms is essential.
• Must have an expertise in managing cross-operating system environments (Windows Server, Linux Server) and cross-database platforms (Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL), with additional knowledge of NoSQL and Redis.
• Experience in IoT device integration, mobile platform development (iOS, Android), and cloud deployments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is higly desirable.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware and Proxmox is also required.
• AI technologies experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Client Communication & Technical Support

  • Engage continuously with clients to capture their technical and business requirements, ensuring solutions align with their goals.
  • Lead technical demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on solution functionalities and best practices.
  • Address customer concerns promptly, escalating complex technical issues as necessary to maintain client satisfaction and ensure solution.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams during the development of proposals and presentations, driving solution adoption.

• Technical Solution Development & Integration

  • Design, develop, and implement ERP systems and other complex solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing client systems.
  • Customize solutions to provide scalable and flexible technology frameworks, supporting integration at the database, API, and hardware levels.
  • Leverage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) platforms to automate and streamline development and deployment.
  • Integrate IoT devices, mobile platforms, and cross-operating system environments, ensuring interoperability and seamless integration.
  • Deploy applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Participate in the development of go-to market strategies for technology solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies and promotional materials that highlight the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Stay informed on technology trends and developments to ensure the solutions remain innovative and competitive.

  • Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and security.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback to enhance solution offerings and client satisfaction.
