Solution Support Engineer (Cloud Security)

About the role

Solution Support Engineer (Cloud Security) role focused on executing, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud security solutions across customer environments. You will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud security solutions across customer environments
• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent cloud environments
• Support the investigation and troubleshooting of security incidents, configuration issues, connectivity problems, and integration issues
• Analyze security logs, alerts, and system activities to identify potential security issues and perform basic root-cause investigation
• Support issue management and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution of technical and security-related issues
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers, communicate technical findings clearly, and assist with maintaining secure and reliable environments
• Prepare technical reports on security incidents, threats, monitoring results, and solution performance, while staying updated on emerging cloud security technologies and best practices

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, security operations, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Good understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Firewall / Security Groups, Logging and Monitoring, Encryption, and Least-Privilege Access
• Basic understanding of containers and container orchestration, such as Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, or GKE
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, Routing, and network connectivity troubleshooting
• Experience in incident troubleshooting, log analysis, and basic root-cause investigation
• Ability to follow implementation procedures, technical documentation, runbooks, and instructions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate technical issues and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and good command of English for reading technical documentation and communicating with customers or technical teams
