Solution Technical Delivery Specialist

About the Role

MiHCM is looking for a technically strong and solution-oriented Solution Technical Delivery Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of our cloud-based enterprise solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with SQL, SaaS applications, system configuration, data migration, integrations, troubleshooting, and client project delivery.

You will work closely with Functional Consultants, clients, and internal technical teams to ensure successful system implementation, UAT, deployment, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and onboarding activities for client projects.
• Assist with system configuration and application troubleshooting.
• Analyze and resolve application, database, and system-related issues.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data checking, reporting, validation, and issue investigation.
• Support data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
• Support UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with Functional Consultants, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Project teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, issue logs, troubleshooting guides, and implementation-related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely support and smooth delivery of client projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business IT, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to write and understand SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Basic understanding of SaaS applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional working environment.
• Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and communicate technical information effectively.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure SQL Database or Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience supporting ERP, SaaS, enterprise software, or other business applications.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, or integration tools.
• Experience in technical implementation, application support, system integration, or solution delivery.
• Understanding of UAT, deployment, software implementation, and the software project delivery lifecycle.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications or client-facing technical projects.

Experience Level

• 1–4 years of experience in technical implementation, application support, system integration, solution delivery, SaaS implementation, or related technical areas.
• Fresh graduates with strong SQL knowledge, analytical thinking, good English communication skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
