Solution Technical Support

Core Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of general IT concept
• Server and cloud concepts
• Software applications and system integration
• Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and solutions independently.
• Able to understand technical documentation, product manuals, and solution architecture.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Able to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and basic technical workshops.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work with customers during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Willing to undergo training and obtain professional certifications provided by solution principals/vendors.
• Good written and spoken English, particularly for understanding technical documentation and attending vendor training.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, technical support, implementation, or pre-sales.
• Experience dealing directly with enterprise or business customers.
• Familiarity with technologies such as networking, servers, endpoint management, cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, printing solutions, or enterprise software.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution presentations, diagrams, or Proof of Concept environments.
• Previous vendor certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, or system integrators is a plus.
