Solution Train Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Train Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide large-scale Agile delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and disciplined execution. The person in this position will serve as a servant leader, helping coordinate planning, manage dependencies, and remove barriers that impact delivery. This is a highly cross-functional program leadership role focused on driving Lean-Agile practices and continuous improvement in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,300 – $173,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facilitator and servant leader for the solution train
• Foster collaboration among multiple Agile Release Trains and stakeholders
• Drive transparency in planning and execution processes
• Facilitate key solution train events and activities
• Monitor delivery progress and identify execution barriers
• Coach teams on Lean-Agile practices for continuous improvement
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies across teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale Agile product delivery projects
• 3+ years in roles like Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles
• Experience managing complex dependencies across teams
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
