Project Assignment Location: Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Ugong, Pasig City

Full onsite and Dayshift

• Lead structured discovery for BSS domains (customer, product, order, billing, collections, care) and define clear scope boundaries per release

• Convert business outcomes into epics and deliverable slices aligned to release trains and cutover sequencing

• Maintain a decision log for scope tradeoffs, assumptions, and exclusions to prevent scope creep and late surprises

Requirements Engineering for BSS Journeys

• Produce high-quality requirements artifacts: user stories, business rules, validations, exceptions, SLAs/OLAs impacts, and acceptance criteria

• Define golden journeys and edge cases (failed payments, partial activations, retries, reversals, cancellations, refunds, regrades, ownership changes)

• Ensure requirements are implementation-ready with clear definitions, examples, and test conditions

Integration and Interface Requirements

• Define end-to-end integration requirements across BSS modules and external systems (CRM, billing, OSS, payment gateways, data warehouse, reporting tools)

• Specify interface behaviors: payloads, mapping rules, error handling, retries, timeouts, reconciliation, and monitoring hooks

• Coordinate with architecture and platform teams to ensure integrations follow standards and are supportable

Data Migration and Cutover Readiness

• Document data migration requirements: source-to-target mapping, cleansing rules, reconciliation checks, and acceptance thresholds

• Define cutover steps, prerequisites, freeze windows, rollback considerations, and “day-1 validation” checks

• Ensure the vendor provides evidence for migration rehearsal results and defect closure before go-live

Non-Functional Requirements and Controls

• Define NFRs per journey: performance, availability, audit logging, security controls, retention, resiliency, and observability requirements

• Ensure access and segregation-of-duties (SoD) considerations are addressed with Control and Security teams

• Identify compliance evidence required for approvals and ensure artifacts are available prior to release gates

Testing and Acceptance Governance (SIT/UAT)

• Build and maintain a requirements traceability matrix linking demand to design to SIT/UAT coverage to release scope

• Support test teams with scenarios, expected results, and defect triage that distinguishes requirement gaps vs build defects vs process gaps

• Ensure go-live decisions are evidence-based: test coverage, defect leakage risk, and operational readiness sign-offs

Operational Readiness and Hypercare

• Define readiness requirements: runbooks, support model, monitoring dashboards, escalation paths, known issues, and workaround playbooks

• During hypercare, assist incident triage by validating intended behavior vs defects and coordinating quick fixes with vendors

• Ensure post-go-live lessons learned are captured and converted into improved requirements standards and readiness checklists

Stakeholder and Vendor Alignment

• Facilitate alignment workshops with Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Commercial, and vendors to resolve ambiguity early

• Review vendor solution proposals for fit against requirements and raise gaps before build proceeds

• Provide clear executive updates: scope, risks, decisions needed, impacts, and readiness status per release

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
