Solutions Analyst

Role Purpose

As the adoption of AI-assisted and vibe-coded application development continues to grow across Iyuno, the number of applications, requests and operational activities managed through the internal AppStore is increasing.

We are looking for a Mid AI-Driven Solution Analyst who will take end-to-end ownership of the application intake and enablement process, acting as a bridge between application creators, Engineering, Architecture, Security and other stakeholders.

This role combines elements of Solution Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Management and Technical Coordination . The successful candidate will help application creators turn ideas into well-defined, compliant and supportable solutions while ensuring that applications progress efficiently through the AppStore lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

AppStore Ownership & Request Management

• Manage incoming requests from application creators through the AppStore mailbox and related communication channels.
• Act as the primary contact for application creators throughout the onboarding and review process.
• Coordinate applications from initial request through technical/security review and readiness for publication.
• Maintain visibility of application status, blockers, dependencies and next actions.
• Ensure required information and documentation are complete before applications progress to subsequent review stages.

Requirements & Solution Analysis

• Collect, clarify and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate user ideas into clear application requirements and actionable development tasks.
• Identify dependencies, risks and missing requirements early in the process.
• Work with Engineering, Security and Architecture stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions follow organizational guidelines.
• Help creators appropriately define application scope and MVP.

AI-Driven Application Enablement

• Support creators working with AI-assisted development and vibe-coding approaches.
• Help users structure requirements and workflows so that AI development environments can be used effectively.
• Promote responsible and repeatable AI-driven development practices.
• Coordinate access and configuration requirements related to the Replit environment.

Security & Architecture Coordination

• Coordinate Security and Technical reviews.
• Ensure findings from security and architectural scans are understood and assigned for remediation.
• Track findings through resolution and validation.
• Escalate material risks, blockers or unresolved findings to the relevant Engineering, Architecture or Security stakeholders.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate activities between application creators, Engineering, Security, Architecture and business stakeholders.
• Maintain clear ownership and follow-up for open actions.
• Communicate status and risks in a concise, management-friendly way.
• Support continuous improvement and scaling of the AppStore operating model.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Project Coordinator, Product Analyst or similar role .
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and application delivery.
• Practical understanding of AI-assisted software development.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Understanding of software architecture and application security fundamentals.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and requests simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working across Engineering, Security, Architecture and business teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Replit or comparable AI/cloud development environments (Claude).
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Familiarity with security scanning and technical review processes.
• Experience working with internal application platforms, developer portals or application catalogs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira or similar workflow-management tools.
• experience with AWS or any programming language will be beneficial (typescript, .Net, Python, PHP )

Success in the Role

Success means that application creators have one clear entry point and owner , requirements are properly defined, reviews are coordinated efficiently, blockers are visible, and applications move through the AppStore process in a controlled and predictable way.
