Solutions & Pricing Manager

Here’s the difference you’ll make In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of pricing strategies for EXP products, using market insights, financial modeling, and data analytics to optimize revenue and profitability. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and other key stakeholders to develop commercially viable solutions aligned with customer requirements and business direction.

You’ll also lead the pricing team in ensuring accurate and timely customer profile and rate setup, while supporting pricing-related improvements, issue resolution, and initiatives that strengthen business performance and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do Pricing Strategy & Financial Modeling

• Develop dynamic pricing models tailored to customer profiles and market segments.
• Evaluate pricing feasibility, profitability, and revenue opportunities through financial modeling and simulations.
• Incorporate relevant cost components in collaboration with Finance Business Partner (FBP) and Vendor Management teams.
• Conduct pricing analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for new and existing solutions.

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor pricing reviews.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen pricing competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain pricing dashboards to track pricing performance and key metrics.

Solutions & Operational Support

• Ensure pricing solutions align with customer requirements and business unit direction.
• Provide actionable pricing insights and recommendations to Operations and other stakeholders.
• Support the execution of approved solutions in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across pricing models and solutions.

Pricing Operations & Governance

• Lead the pricing team in the accurate and timely setup of customer profiles and approved rates in systems.
• Support the resolution of customer profile and rate setup issues to ensure accurate billing and revenue realization.
• Track pricing initiatives, targets, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Continuous Improvement & Capability Building

• Lead or support business improvement initiatives, particularly those related to Solutions and Pricing.
• Partner with Performance Management, Improvement, and OPEX teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions on pricing tools, methodologies, and analysis to strengthen organization-wide pricing capabilities.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in pricing management, preferably within logistics, express courier, or a related industry.
• Have strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Are highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and process discipline.
• Can effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Have experience in data analytics, market research, pricing tools, and financial modeling or simulations.
