Solutions Apprentice/Solutions Assistant

1. Handles sales queries of the clients specific to technology solutions related products, either face to face or over the phone.

2. Gain understanding of the customer’s diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.

3. Promotes and offers solutions technology and support services to the market.

4. Assists Solutions Sales people on administrative tasks

5. Do market and client profiling.

6. Promotes client relationships in a business manner.
