Solutions Architect (AMER)

• As a Solution Architect in our AMER Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions
• From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure
• You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver
• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered
• Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
• Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
• Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience
