Solutions Architect & Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect & Technical Lead to design scalable technology solutions and provide hands-on technical leadership across complex projects. You will bridge business requirements and technology architecture, guiding engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Define architecture across applications, APIs, integrations, data, cloud infrastructure, and security.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams through design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and platforms and recommend solutions based on scalability, security, performance, and cost.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, Security, and Infrastructure teams throughout delivery.
• Establish standards for APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, integration, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance issues and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Mentor engineers and developers while promoting reusable solutions, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, APIs, microservices, system integration, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of databases, security principles, CI/CD, containerization, and modern software engineering practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php230,000.00 per month
